    Maintained a monthly working relationship with over 250 franchise dealers.

Developed Pre-Owned Inventory-profile web-based software.

Developed web-based action plan accountability software.

Developed web-based process checklist software.

Developed CPO 20 group program for Porsche USA and personally presented program.

Thirty years experience in retail, consulting/training and public presentation.  Involvement with over 800 retail dealerships.
